Origins of Golden Real Estate

Owner David Kipper embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and excels in leading his Property Management business through the Real Estate Industry. His experience ranges from a variety of department heads leading teams and enhancing procedures. He also excelled as Regional Manager for a large property management firm overseeing over 8,000 single-family properties. He has taken his service-first, “Golden-Rule” philosophy in building Golden Real Estate.

A family man, David has a wife, three children, and a golden retriever. His community involvement includes coaching Little League and currently serves as Secretary of the Herndon-Reston Little League Board. You can also find David and his family volunteering at local events and constantly making a difference for our community.
